方以涵校友于2011年加入宜信，超过15年在互联网、大数据和金融服务的工作经验。加入宜人贷之前，方以涵曾担任美国上市公司IAC/Ask.com 副总裁一职，负责全球搜索与问答相关的战略、产品和运营工作。方以涵获美国哥伦比亚大学天文系和电子工程系双硕士学位，本科就读于中国科学技术大学少年班。
宜人贷 (NYSE: YRD) 是中国领先的在线金融服务平台，由宜信公司2012年推出。宜人贷通过互联网、大数据等科技手段，为中国优质城市白领人群提供高效、便捷、个性化的信用借款咨询服务，并通过“宜人理财”在线平台为投资者提供安全、专业的一站式理财咨询服务。2015年12月18日，宜人贷在美国纽约证券交易所成功上市，成为中国金融科技第一股。截止至2016年9月30日，宜人贷累计借款促成金额约257亿元人民币（38亿美元）。
Yihan Fang has over 15 years of experience in product, technology and marketing in internet and financial services. Yihan worked at IAC/Ask.com for 8 years, as Vice President of Global Search and Answers overseeing strategy and product development of various key search and question/answer products. Yihan received a Master of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Arts in Astronomy from Columbia University. She studied in Special Class for Gifted Young at University of Science and Technology of China.
Yirendai (NYSE: YRD) is a leading online financial services platform in China, launched by CreditEase in 2012. Leveraging technology such as the internet and big data analytics, Yirendai offers efficient, convenient and personalized credit loan facilitation services for the prime urban white-collar segment, and provides safe and professional investment services to investors through theYirenlicai Platform. On December 18, 2015, Yirendai became the first Chinese FinTech (financial technology) company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. As of September 30, 2016, Yirendai had facilitated approximately RMB 25.7 billion (US$3.8 billion) in loan principal since its inception.
